Hey, this one’s new. This news item is highly explanatory and tells how spammers and all the baddies get their domain names from, that too for free! It’s really shameful that companies such as VeriSign support all this.
Speaking of spam, I’ve been getting quite a lot lately, and they all avoid the spam filters. The spam itself is an image ad, but to avoid detection, what they’ve started doing is filling it up with gibberish / poems.
A solution – block all images from being loaded by default. That will stop the spammers from knowing that your email is active.
