Grey Matters

Grey MattersI shot a nice pic on my cellphone today, on the lines of the DPS VK Quiz Club tagline Grey Matters. And if you’re wondering whose head that is, it’s mine! :p You can view the larger version of the photo by clicking on it. Maybe I’ll find myself as a wallpaper on a few desktops of crazy people, eh?

Image was shot at 1600 x 1200 resolution on my cellphone, with grayscale, brightness / contrast and text addition done on The GIMP and later cropped to 1400 x 1200 resolution. Some Blogs Worth The 42 Minutes You Might Spend On Them

Jeez, I really wanted to write this one. It seems that I’ve inspired so many of my friends to take up blogging! Rach, Boris, Eeshu, and maybe Ace too! Anyway, here are two others who’ve also started blogs, and haven’t given up on them…

  • Naman Zone: Sorry pal, I should have posted this pretty far back! Naman is this amazing guy in our class, studies at VMC and does well in school tests too (got an 800 in SAT math, and had an amazing centre where they got to flip between sections too), unlike some OTHER people I can think of. He’s good at computers, and I do look forward to seeing him with the Code Warriors team this year. Well, he’s converted to Ubuntu too recently, maybe inspired by me. His blog’s really a good place if you need to know info about Vidyamandir Classes, or about what’s happening in the F1 scene right now.
  • The Tech Nut: Vivek aka Illusion, my tech quiz partner, and an ace Code Warriors is all but in 9th right now! He’s the Code Warriors’ hardware and multimedia guy, and shows maturity and knowledge far beyond his years. He finally starts a blog, first he did at Blogger, but then I convinced him to shift to WordPress. Right now, it’s all focused on some tech stories, explained in a simple way for noobs. His blog is going to be on my watchlist, and I look forward to some interesting posts on his blog!
