Pencil marks in the tabloid of time, a really nice blog…
This is a really nice blog I came across, cool subdomain name too escape2infinity.blogspot.com. Not so frequently updated, but the content more than makes up for it. I confess that I am no poetry lover, in fact I hate it, more so with the new-fangled ‘free verse’ concept that’s becoming common. But this blog, basically a collection of poems, is an EXCEPTION. Generally, I’m a person who flips over the poetry pages in any book, but I genuinely liked the poems on this blog because the subject matter is VERY relevant and exactly what I feel like, although I express such feelings in prose and not verse. Also, they do use rhyme schemes, which I feel is what makes a poem a poem.
Nice to know that there are bloggers out there with similar outlook, and I share the anguish of the writer.
